Validated desktop target

System

Windows 11 (64-bit) desktop with an x64/AMD64 CPU, using desktop Chrome or Firefox.

Memory

8 GiB RAM recommended. This engineering recommendation comes from measured near-cap workload peak memory; it is not a proven minimum-memory guarantee.

Storage

Keep at least 10 MiB free for the application files, plus separate space for PDFs, exports, browser, OS and updates.

Direct release validation used Chrome 152.0.7977.65 and Firefox 153 on Windows 11 x64 with an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X and 64 GiB RAM. Edge, Safari, macOS, Linux, phones and tablets were not independently validated and are outside the supported release envelope.

PRIVACY

Your manuscript stays local

The downloaded application has no account, upload, backend, telemetry, analytics, cookie, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, service worker or automatic update feature. Its Content Security Policy blocks network connections.

Source files, extracted text and results remain in volatile page memory. Exports are created only when you explicitly choose an export button.

Separate transaction layer

Lemon Squeezy separately processes buyer, order, payment, receipt, download, tax and fraud-prevention data needed for checkout and delivery under the terms shown there.

The W041 Supplier may process only the contact and limited order information needed for support, refunds or operator-particulars requests. Buyer support data is not treated as a marketing list.

Know the terms before checkout

Single-user perpetual license

One named human user may use the purchased release for personal, professional and commercial client work, including sharing generated audit outputs as part of that work.

The product bundle itself may not be redistributed, resold, rented, sublicensed, republished or hosted for another person. One license is required per active user. Reasonable backup/archive copies are allowed.

90-day product support

Support covers download/access problems and reproducible defects in the purchased release for 90 calendar days after purchase, with a five-business-day response target—not a guaranteed resolution time.

It does not include index editing, PDF repair, OCR, workflow consulting, custom features or manuscript review. The perpetual license continues after support ends.

14-day voluntary refund intake

A request made within 14 calendar days is reviewed for duplicate charge, unremedied delivery/access failure, or a material difference from the product truth that support cannot remedy.

This voluntary policy does not replace, restrict or shorten mandatory statutory rights.
